Lucy-Liu

Lucy Liu (born Lucy Liu) is an American voice actor director producer, and vocalist. She's attractive and intelligent actress who inspires numerous Asian actors to make it in Hollywood. After a series of initial performances in popular shows her fame was boosted when she joined the cast of the legal comedy series Ally McBeal where she played the malicious Ling Woo. She translated her unexpected fame into major screen roles in films including Shanghai Noon and Charlie's Angels. Then she gave a stunning performance in the role of Japanese criminal O-Ren Ishii in Quentin Tarantino's Kill Bill Volume 1. In this period, she played the lead in some failures in the field like Rise: Blood Hunter. After that, she started to voice prominent characters in animation films such as Kung Fu Panda. Mia Mason's character as a character in Cashmere Mafia, a small screen movie, did not yield results. A recurring role in the critically-acclaimed police drama series Southland allowed her to regain her status as an established actress. Liu picks her roles wisely so that she doesn't become a typecast character in this competitive industry. As much as she loves her culture but it doesn't mean she has to be in her work in the field of art.
