Amber Benson bio
Amber Benson hails from the United States and is a producer, actress and writer, singer/director. She is most well-known for being the character Tara Maclay from the TV show Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Benson also directed her own films Chance, Lovers Liars & Lunatics and starred as the lead actress in them. Also, she was part of the film Kiss the Bride. Benson was the youngest of children from Edward Benson and Diane Benson. Her birthplace was Birmingham, Alabama on January 1977. Danielle is her older sister, and she's an artist. Benson was brought up in the Reform Synagogue with her Reform Jewish mother as well as her Jewish father. Since Buffy came to an end, Benson was in films such as The Killing Jar and on shows such as Morganville The Series. When she was in front of the camera, she employed her creative writing abilities to create The Ghosts of Albion and direct projects, like the 2010's Drones.
